Necessary ingredients for food preparation
Although it may seem sirloin in cream as a very complicated dish, the opposite is true. If you prepare all the necessary ingredients and follow the instructions below, you can prepare this dish with ease. You can find the necessary ingredients in the table below.

|Root vegetables||300 g|
|Smooth flour||3 tablespoons|
|Vegetable oil||3 tablespoons|

Lemon juice, bay leaves, cranberries and last but not least sugar should not be missing from the list of ingredients. Once you have all this ready, you can start cooking.
Biscuit on cream step by step
First, prepare the meat. Dice the bacon and season the meat with salt. Then put it in the oven to bake until fried until crispy. When you take out the meat, use the bacon to prepare the tenderloin itself. Fry it together with the vegetables and onions. Then add the meat to the mixture and cook it again. Do not forget to baste regularly with the stock.
When the meat is ready, remove it and start preparing the sauce. To make the cream sauce, dust the gravy with flour, add the cream, season with the prepared ingredients and let it simmer for a while. It is important to blend the mixture and pass it through a colander so that no large lumps remain in the sauce. Then you can start serving. Cut the meat into slices and put it on a plate. A classic side dish would be a bun dumpling. Then pour the prepared sirloin sauce over everything. Cranberries will serve as a decoration for the meat and a flavour complement. Everything together will be exceptionally harmonious and you will surely enjoy it.
