Ingredients for tomato sauce

Of course, the tomato sauce may also require a proper seasoning, for which you can use vinegar and sugar. On the other hand, for the meatballs, use ground pepper.
Tomato sauce and its preparation
The first thing to do is to prepare meatballs and then the next one. Ideally, you will have a combination of pork and ground beef. In addition to the breadcrumbs, mix all the necessary ingredients and ingredients. If the meatballs don't stick together, you can use a little thickening through the breadcrumbs.
As for the tomato sauce, start by frying the onions until golden. Gradually add the flour, tomatoes and dilute everything with the prepared stock. You should bring this mixture to the boil and gradually add the other ingredients. From the bay leaf to the spices to the pepper and salt. Now take the prepared meatballs and put them in the sauce. Cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally, for about three quarters of an hour. Then take out the meat and season the sauce with vinegar and sugar.
The result will be a delicious tomato sauce that you can start serving and basting. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and don't forget the garnish. This usually consists of pasta or bread dumplings according to taste.
