Forex is a concept that is very similar to trading and futures. Yet it is something completely different. To some extent, it is an environment where currencies are traded. An unregulated market through which people get rich but also lose money.

The law of supply and demand
Forex is primarily concerned with the buying and selling of foreign currencies. This market has no fixed rules. At the same time, it must be mentioned that there are several participants in this financial market. Such an imaginary base is undoubtedly the states and governments. The following can also be mentioned investment and commercial banksbut also the world's central banks. The brokers, through which you can make your sales and purchases, are a chapter in themselves.

It is clear from the logic of the matter that currency pairs are traded on Forex. This means that you buy one currency and pay with another currency. You may come across abbreviations like EURUSD and others. Of course, the value of currency pairs changes based on various factors in the market. For example, it is affected by inflation. Then there are interest rates, politics, foreign trade and overall economic growth.
It is on the basis of speculation that you can to trade and earn on Forex. It should be noted, however, that you should understand the field sufficiently. You can draw on various analyses, which you need to update and create regularly. These are technical analyses and fundamental analyses.
