Its width is about seven centimetres, its height is about three centimetres and it is made from a single piece of fabric. You need a certain skill to tie it, compared to the pre-tied version. This one just needs to be fastened around the neck. The classic bow tie can be tied in several different ways.

In addition to the classic bow ties known as bow-tie, there are also high versions known as butterfly. They make a literally unmissable impression on a man's neck. The opposite of this are low bow ties called bat-wing. Especially in the United States of America and Mexico, you will find bow ties that also feature an extended end. These are called string ties. Whichever bow tie you choose, you will always look elegant.
