Boating equipment from A to Z

Everyone who decides to go down the river must have paddling equipment. It's definitely not about any travel caseas some might think. Paddling equipment according to the type of vessel and river difficulty

Equipment for paddlers takes quite a lot of forms. A lot depends on what river you are going to and what kind of paddling activity you are going to do. Different equipment will get canoe paddler, a kayaker or a group of people floating on a raft. The difficulty of the watercourse itself requires a lot.

If we are to start with the basic equipment, you must not miss enough dry clothes, including those for water. A lockable barrel will protect everything. Water shoes are important. As the difficulty increases, so does the paddling equipment.

What to take on the water?

Covering your head is definitely advisable, whether it's because of rain or strong sun, which incidentally involves sunscreen and oil. You shouldn't forget a rope otherwise known as a cognac. This will be used primarily by canoeists. Kayakers, on the other hand, must incorporate a wetsuit into their paddling equipment. They should not lack a helmet and a throwing bag or lifeline.

Rafting and sea equipment

If you and your group are going on a raft...you're probably in for a wild river. You must not miss a life jacket, helmet and other safety features. If you become a sea wolf for a while, pack suitable boating shoes and gloves. On open water, a compass is also an indispensable item, ideally a GPS device.

In addition to the usual paddling equipment, add the associated items, which include repellent, waterproof case for electronics and equipment for overnight stays. The basics are a mattress, sleeping bag and, in the best case, a tent.
