O v\u00edcio na Internet e nas redes sociais afecta principalmente a psique. Uma das \u00e1reas muito afectadas \u00e9 o sono humano. A ins\u00f3nia flagela muitos adolescentes que ca\u00edram nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efeito negativo sobre o sono<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demasiada aten\u00e7\u00e3o prestada \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o na Internet<\/strong> conduz geralmente a uma coisa negativa. O c\u00e9rebro de uma pessoa est\u00e1 constantemente a trabalhar e n\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de descansar.
