Overdrijf zeker niet met het consumeren van te veel suikerhoudende dranken, die contraproductief zijn in de context van sporten en afvallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe drink je tijdens het sporten zelf?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Natuurlijk is vochtinname tijdens het sporten een hoofdstuk op zich. Tijdens het sporten en andere activiteiten is een ionische drank zeker een goed idee, waarmee je je lichaam ook voorziet van voldoende essenti\u00eble mineralen.
