Maak dan een heel ander gerecht. Als u in dit opzicht op Tsjechische klassiekers wilt wedden, richt u zich dan op varkensschnitzel. Deze is gebaseerd op de Weense schnitzel, die beroemd is over de hele wereld. Hier is hoe je een heerlijke varkensschnitzel krijgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor varkensschnitzel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alleen al de naam van dit gerecht verraadt dat u varkensvlees nodig hebt. Dit wordt gevolgd door een gelijkmatige coating. <strong>Meel, ei, en tenslotte paneermeel<\/strong> zijn een bewezen combinatie. Zorg ervoor dat de stekken voldoende en gelijkmatig bedekt zijn. Verhit dan het varkensvet in een braadpan en begin te bakken. Kies een gemiddelde graad qua vermogen, zodat het varkensvlees gaar is en u tegelijkertijd de broodkruimels niet hebt laten aanbranden. Het resultaat zal een heerlijke varkensschnitzel zijn waarop u een schijfje citroen legt om het op smaak te brengen en u kunt opdienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot slot nog enkele praktische tips voor de bereiding van varkenskoteletten. U kunt het vlees bijvoorbeeld een paar uur marineren voordat u het inpakt om de smaak te verbeteren. Het is vaak de moeite waard om de biefstuk twee keer in bloem en ei te wentelen voor een betere en <strong>betere kwaliteit verpakking<\/strong>. Pas dan rol je het in paneermeel. Als de bloem niet goed aan het vlees kleeft, gebruik dan een druppel olie.
