Een typisch voorbeeld is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regbu.com\/nl\/netolisme-is-een-onafhankelijkheid-interactie-met-sociale-netwerken\/\">netolisme<\/a><\/strong>. Verslaving aan internet en sociale netwerken tast vooral de psyche aan. Een van de meest getroffen gebieden is de menselijke slaap. Slapeloosheid teistert veel tieners die aan sociale netwerken verslaafd zijn geraakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Negatief effect op de slaap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Te veel aandacht voor communicatie op het internet<\/strong> leidt meestal tot \u00e9\u00e9n negatief ding. De hersenen van een mens zijn constant aan het werk en kunnen niet rusten. Veelvuldig chatten met vrienden tot lang in de avond leidt ook tot de drang om de telefoon 's nachts te controleren. De hersenen zijn dus voortdurend gespannen en de slaap zelf vervaagt en verdwijnt langzaam. Dit is dubbel waar wanneer sociale netwerken een rol spelen in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regbu.com\/nl\/cybersikana-man-nabyvat-nejruznejsich-likes\/\">Cyberpesten<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slapeloosheid moet worden aangepakt met een goede hygi\u00ebne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu bedoelen we niet de lichamelijke hygi\u00ebne van het lichaam, maar van de geest. Slaaphygi\u00ebne, natuurlijk, leidt tot het feit dat voor het slapen gaan in de eerste plaats <strong>zult u geen gebruik maken van sociale netwerken<\/strong>. Daarnaast zijn er nog een paar andere praktische tips die u kunt overwegen. Dit geldt ook voor opstaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los slapeloosheid op met de afwezigheid van technologie in de slaapkamer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als sociale netwerken <strong>onaangename slapeloosheid veroorzaken<\/strong>moeten we beginnen bij de wortel van deze problemen. Mobiele telefoons, tablets, laptops en computers zijn de hoofdoorzaak. Probeer ze uit je slaapkamer te weren voor je gaat slapen. In het ideale geval hebt u zelfs geen tv in uw slaapkamer en gebruikt u deze ruimte alleen om te slapen, uit te rusten en te ontspannen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze aanbevelingen gelden in de eerste plaats voor minderjarigen. Zij zijn in staat om tot lang in de avond via sociale netwerken te communiceren.
