Net zoals je <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regbu.com\/nl\/gezond-tanden-volgt-deze-richtlijnen\/\">gezonde tanden<\/a><\/strong>Je moet de afweer van je lichaam vormen tegen allerlei ziekten en bacteri\u00ebn. Het immuunsysteem is in feite een soort schild tegen de buitenwereld. Een aantal verschillende factoren be\u00efnvloedt de sterkte en kwaliteit ervan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fysiek omhulsel van een persoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helderzienden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Algemene levensstijl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je bepaalde ziekten wilt voorkomen, begin dan zo snel mogelijk met het versterken van je immuunsysteem.
