En este caso, se trata de carne para la preparaci\u00f3n de uno de los platos y comidas populares checas. Y eso es <strong>tartar de ternera<\/strong>. Le presentaremos este delicioso plato en detalle, o con su preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carne para el tartar checo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, el solomillo real no es un requisito previo para la preparaci\u00f3n del t\u00e1rtaro. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar otros tipos de carne. Dicho esto, prepara algunos ingredientes m\u00e1s para sazonar. Entre ellos se encuentran la pimienta molida, el comino molido y, por \u00faltimo, la sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tartar de ternera - Paso a paso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A estas alturas, podemos decir que la preparaci\u00f3n del t\u00e1rtaro no es ciertamente dif\u00edcil. Al principio de todo hay que preparar la carne, que se pica finamente o se pica. En este \u00faltimo caso, es aconsejable triturar la carne dos o tres veces. En la carne as\u00ed picada <strong>se ponen todos los ingredientes preparados<\/strong>. Se mezcla bien la masa resultante y se empieza a condimentar gradualmente, lo que se hace con piment\u00f3n, pimienta, sal y comino. Las yemas de huevo se a\u00f1aden en \u00faltimo lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, no hay que comer tartar de carne solo y sin m\u00e1s. Lo ideal es preparar tostadas en aceite para acompa\u00f1arlas. Una alternativa es el tostado en seco en una tostadora, que luego se roc\u00eda con aceite de oliva para que se ablande. Puedes frotar las tostadas con ajo. Esto le da un toque especial a la combinaci\u00f3n de sabores resultante.
