An essential supply of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, but also substances that support muscle growth plays a crucial role in achieving the desired results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proteins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amino Acids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fat burners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one small taste of what sports nutrition entails. If you are a frequent visitor to a fitness centre, you will be familiar with terms such as <strong>protein, gainer and fat burner<\/strong>. In this case, these are supplements, the correct consumption of which should be consulted with a specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, there are plenty of natural foods that are also becoming an integral part of sports nutrition. If you are serious about your sport, you should also adjust your daily diet. Include plenty of meat, eggs, oatmeal and cereals in the first place. For baked goods, corn, spelt and wholemeal products lead the way. Don't forget the optimal ratio of vegetables, fruit, nuts and dairy products.
