And it's not just fun, joy and discovery. In today's article, we will focus on loneliness, which can of course be seen as one of the negative impacts of social networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loneliness with lots of friends<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of you are probably wondering how <strong>can loneliness be related to social networks<\/strong>. After all, you have more than enough friends on them. Some have dozens, others even hundreds. But usually these are virtual friends that you hardly meet on the street or live somewhere in your neighbourhood. This is where the loneliness begins, and it gradually increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Times are changing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It used to be normal to show off a new thing to your friends. You brought it over to show it off, talk about it, that sort of thing. You'd send a postcard from your vacation and everything would be <strong>much more personal contact<\/strong>. But social networks have brought slightly different possibilities. Today, you can't even see the person in question. You post a picture of a new thing on a social network to show off and you don't speak a word to anyone. <strong>Hence the loneliness<\/strong>but also other psychological problems.
