Addiction to the internet and social networks primarily affects the psyche. One of the areas much affected is human sleep. Insomnia plagues many teenagers who have fallen into social networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Negative effect on sleep<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Too much attention paid to communication on the internet<\/strong> generally leads to one negative thing. A person's brain is constantly working and is not able to rest. Frequent chatting with friends long into the evening also brings about the urge to check the phone during the night. Thus, the brain is constantly straining and sleep itself slowly fades away and disappears. This is doubly true when social networking plays a role in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regbu.com\/en\/cybersikana-man-nabyvat-nejruznejsich-likes\/\">Cyberbullying<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insomnia needs to be addressed with proper hygiene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we do not mean the physical hygiene of the body, but of the mind. Sleep hygiene, of course, leads to the fact that before going to sleep primarily <strong>you will not use social networks<\/strong>. In addition, there are a few other practical tips you can consider.
