Men for at starte helt fra begyndelsen er vi n\u00f8dt til f\u00f8rst at se p\u00e5 selve fedtstofferne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fungerer som beskyttelse for udvalgte organer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De hj\u00e6lper med at beskytte kroppen termisk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De er en kilde til energi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du siger fedt, t\u00e6nker du helt sikkert ikke p\u00e5 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regbu.com\/da\/naturlige-links-gavnlige-for-sundheden\/\">naturlige urter<\/a><\/strong>selvom deres sunde variant til en vis grad har noget med dem at g\u00f8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan er fedtstoffer skadelige for menneskers sundhed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er nok klart for enhver, at sunde fedtstoffer er gavnlige for kroppen, og at usunde fedtstoffer ikke er det. Lad os nu n\u00e6rme os dette sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l igen lidt mere generelt. Hvordan er fedt d\u00e5rligt for kroppen? Under alle omst\u00e6ndigheder <strong>\u00f8ger kolesterolniveauet og blodtrykket<\/strong>. Samtidig bidrager de til fedme og dermed til fysisk begr\u00e6nsning. \u00d8get fedt bidrager ogs\u00e5 negativt til en r\u00e6kke sygdomme. Typiske eksempler er kr\u00e6ft, diabetes og mange andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sunde fedtstoffer i sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og svar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du vil kende usunde og sunde fedtstoffer i detaljer, er her en r\u00e6kke sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og svar. Det er ved hj\u00e6lp af disse <em>L\u00e6r alt det vigtige om fedtstoffer<\/em>. De kan ogs\u00e5 findes i kokosolie.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1689172028176\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Hvor meget fedt b\u00f8r man indtage hver dag?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Det skal du basere dit samlede kalorieindtag p\u00e5.
